The filter's construction includes a mesh screen on both the inside and outside walls, enhancing element strength and protecting the media from backfire.
This disposable air filter is engineered with nine pleats per inch, allowing for a longer lifespan and improved capture of harmful contaminants such as soot, carbon, and abrasives. The heat-resistant Plastisol holds the filter together, while specially designed seals on the top and bottom walls, along with an adhesive seal joining the media ends, ensure a reliable and durable performance. The use of high-strength corrosion-resistant end caps and expanded metal bodies further contributes to the longevity of the filter.
