We want to make sure you get your parts quickly and easily. Here's what you need to know:
- Shipping Quotes: You can get an estimate in your shopping cart before you check out. Remember, the actual cost might sometimes be a little different once your package is ready to ship.
- Where We Ship: We ship to most addresses in the US and Canada, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- Delivery Times:
- In-stock items usually ship within 2 business day and should arrive in about 3-7 business days.
- If you're ordering custom or made-to-order parts, check the product page for an estimated delivery time.
International Orders
- You'll be responsible for any customs fees or import duties your country charges. These can vary, so it's best to check with your local customs office before you order.
Backorders
Sometimes things go out of stock. If this happens with your order:
- We'll ship any backordered items as soon as they're back in stock.
- You won't have to pay extra shipping.
- We might get in touch to see if there's a substitute product we can send instead.
Checking Your Freight Shipment (Awnings)
If you're getting a larger item shipped by a freight truck, please take a moment to inspect it carefully before signing for it. This helps protect both you and us! Here's how:
- Check for Damage: Look for any obvious damage to boxes or crates before you sign.
- Note Any Problems: If something's wrong, make a note of it directly on the delivery receipt.
- Don't Be Rushed: Take your time inspecting your delivery, even if the driver seems in a hurry.
- Hidden Damage: If you find damage after the driver leaves, take photos of the packaging and the damage. Keep everything, contact the shipping company to report the damage, and let us know!
