Cancellation Policy

Need to Cancel an Order? We understand that circumstances change. Here's what you need to know:

• Standard Orders: Orders may be canceled after payment is made, provided cancellation occurs before the items have shipped. Canceled orders will be refunded via the original payment method within 3 business days.
• 'Made to Order' Products: These items cannot be canceled once production has started. Due to their custom nature, production costs cannot be recovered.

'Made to Order' products typically have a production lead time of 14-28 days. Please check the product page for specific details. Examples of 'Made to Order' products include:

• Awnings
• Roof Racks
