Return Policy

Need to Return or Exchange an Item? We offer returns within 30 days of receipt for store credit, a different product, or a refund to your original payment method.

Important Notes

  • "Final Sale" items are not eligible for returns.
  • Items must be returned in brand new, resalable, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories.
  • No signs of wear, use, or attempted installation will be accepted.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless Sprinter Parts Depot shipped the wrong item.
  • Using a traceable, insured, means of shipping like UPS or FedEx is highly recommended.
  • A 15% restocking will be applied to offset original shipping and handling costs.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@sprinterpartsdepot.com for a return authorization number (RMA) and return address instructions.

Refused Packages

We strongly advise against refusing a package. If you do, you'll receive a refund minus a 20% restocking fee and our actual shipping cost. Please contact us to arrange a proper return.

Ineligible Returns

If you return an item that does not meet these conditions and is not eligible for a refund you will be given the option of having the item returned at your expense.
