Hassle Free Returns

Our policy is simple.

"You may return items that are like new for any reason within 90 days."

How to Return an Item

  1. Please  contact us here to get a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions with the proper return address.
  2. Returned items must be in brand new, unaltered and unused condition, should contain all the original accessories and be returned in the original packaging. This means no sign of any wear and tear, signs of installation, cosmetic or other damage. All items being returned are the responsibility of the customer until they are delivered to us. Using a traceable, insured, means of shipping like UPS or FedEx is highly recommended. If you return an item that does not meet these conditions and is not eligible for a refund you will be given the option of having the item returned at your expense.
  3. Refunds for returned items will be in the amount of the price paid for the item less our actual cost for shipping the item (not necessarily the cost that the customer incurred when purchasing the item). The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
  4. In the event that Sprinter Parts Depot is at fault for shipping an incorrect item, we will assume the shipping charges with returning the incorrect item, as well as shipping the correct item to you.

Refused Packages

We never recommend refusing a shipment, instead contact us to properly perform a return. If you refuse an item and it comes back to us, you will be issued a refund less a 15% restocking fee (excluding handling) and our actual cost for shipping (not necessarily the cost that the customer incurred when purchasing the item). If the item is damaged during the shipping process, no refund will be issued until the shipping insurance claim process is complete. If the shipping company does not approve the claim, we are unable to provide a credit.
