Westin Sure-Grip Running Boards are designed for utility and safety, featuring a straight step style that is available in multiple lengths to accommodate various vehicles. Constructed from extruded aluminum, these running boards provide a robust and lightweight solution for vehicle access. The slip resistant rubber step area ensures secure footing, while the molded end-caps offer a polished appearance that enhances the overall aesthetic of the vehicle.

These running boards utilize a cradle mounting technique, which requires a vehicle specific 27-series Mounting Kit for installation. The boards are finished in a black semi-gloss powder coat, providing resistance to corrosion and wear. Although the boards are unlighted, Westin offers an optional light kit to illuminate the step area when the vehicle doors are open, adding functionality during low-light conditions.

Installation of the Westin Sure-Grip Running Boards requires drilling and is estimated to take approximately two hours. The boards are designed to mount on the rocker panel and come as a set of two, ensuring both sides of the vehicle are equipped for ease of access.
