This system includes a 2.5-gallon air tank and a VIAIR 325C air compressor, capable of filling the tank from empty to full in just over four minutes. The compressor automatically recharges the system from 110 to 150 PSI in approximately one minute and twenty-five seconds, ensuring efficient operation.
Constructed with a permanent magnetic motor and an oil-less design, this air system features high-performance PTFE piston rings and stainless steel valves for durability. The gearless direct drive motor and anodized aluminum alloy cylinder enhance performance while the automatic reset thermal overload protector ensures safety during operation. The system is moisture and dirt resistant, making it suitable for various environments.
Included in the kit are essential components such as a dash panel gauge with an on/off switch, air lines, and a remote mount intake filter assembly. The mounting plates come with vibration isolators to minimize noise and enhance stability during use.
