The IPX8 waterproof rating guarantees submersible protection, allowing the device to withstand immersion in water up to 4.9 feet for 30 minutes without any water intrusion.
The UMRMIC kit includes a 23-foot extension cable, with the option to extend up to 70 feet using additional cables. This flexibility makes it suitable for various marine applications, ensuring reliable communication in diverse environments. The microphone also supports private text messaging over marine channels, providing an additional layer of communication for users.
