The Tuffy Security Deluxe Stereo Console is designed for floor mounting, providing a robust and secure solution for vehicle storage. Constructed from 16 gauge steel with a textured powder coat finish, this console measures 24 inches in length, 6.5 inches in width, and 18.5 inches in height, ensuring a compact yet spacious design. It features a patented Pry-Guard II locking system with a 1/4 inch steel latch, allowing the lid to be latched closed without the need for locking, enhancing convenience during vehicle operation.
This console includes two compartments: one for mounting a stereo or CB radio and a lockable rear storage space lined with a rubber floor mat for added protection of valuables. The rear compartment is spacious enough to accommodate a CD changer, tools, and other essential items. Additional features include a padded armrest made from marine grade vinyl for comfort, polypropylene seat belt straps, and an oversized drink holder with anti-rattle drink fingers, making it a practical addition to any vehicle.
The weather-resistant lid design incorporates an exclusive hinging system with a built-in lid stop, ensuring durability and ease of use. The console also boasts a pin-lock hinge design for added security, making it suitable for various applications where safety and storage are paramount.
