The Tuffy Security Deluxe Cargo Enclosure is designed to create a substantial and lockable storage area behind the rear seat of your vehicle. With over 20000 cubic inches of storage space, this enclosure is constructed from durable welded 16 gauge steel and features a textured powder-coated finish for added protection. The lid is designed to hinge open easily, allowing access when the rear vehicle door is opened, and it secures shut using Tuffy's patented security system.
This cargo enclosure is engineered for versatility, as the lid, vertical front panel, and side panels can be removed without tools, accommodating larger items when necessary. It mounts securely to the vehicle floor in both 2 and 4 door models, with or without an OEM hardtop, ensuring a reliable fit. Note that the rear seat in 2-door models must be removed for installation.
The Tuffy Deluxe Cargo Enclosure not only enhances storage capabilities but also adds an additional level of security, as the side panels do not rely on the deck sidewall for enclosure. This design feature ensures that your belongings remain safe and secure while on the road.
