The Teraflex Heavy Duty Steering Upgrade Kit is designed for JL Wrangler/Unlimited and JT Gladiator models, providing a robust solution to common steering issues. This kit includes an HD Forged Drag Link and an HD Chromoly Tie Rod, engineered to withstand extreme conditions and prevent bending or failure of factory components. The solid 1.5 inch O.D. I-beam inspired drag link is fully forged, offering 100 percent increased stiffness compared to the factory version, which helps eliminate front end shimmy and alignment problems.

The drag link features a premium black E-dipped coating for enhanced durability and corrosion resistance, while the tie rod is constructed from HD 1-5/8 inch O.D. x 0.275 inch wall 4140 heat treated chromoly steel, making it over 66 percent stronger and 75 percent stiffer than the original equipment. This upgrade kit is compatible with all OEM tie rods and includes a turn buckle adjuster for easy alignment adjustments. Additionally, the relocation of the steering stabilizer above the tie rod minimizes the risk of damage to the stabilizer shaft or body, ensuring a more reliable steering experience.
