The Teraflex axle tube seal is engineered for the oversized 3.25 inch outer diameter axle tubes found in Tera30 and Tera44 JK replacement housings. This high performance seal features an outer triple O ring design that presses into the housing, creating a robust barrier against mud and water intrusion. Additionally, the inner double axle seal surface incorporates a cavity that forms a grease-filled pocket, enhancing lubrication and providing an extra layer of protection against contaminants.

Constructed from billet 6061-T6 aluminum, the seal housing is laser etched and finished with a black hard anodized coating, ensuring superior corrosion resistance. This axle tube seal is compatible with all Rubicon and non-Rubicon axle shafts, accommodating a range from 27 spline Dana 30 to aftermarket 1.5 inch 35 spline Dana 44 shafts. The design and materials used in this product have been validated through extensive use in various NASCAR applications, underscoring its reliability and performance in demanding conditions.
