The Superwinch Terra Vehicle Mounted Winch is engineered for robust performance in ATV and UTV applications. With a rated line pull capacity of 4500 pounds, this winch features a powerful 1.8 horsepower permanent magnetic motor and a 3-stage planetary gear system with a 198:1 gear ratio, ensuring efficient operation under load. The winch is equipped with a 50-foot synthetic rope and a heavy-duty clevis pinned latched hook, providing reliable pulling strength and safety during use.
Designed for durability, the Terra 4500 is the first truly sealed utility terrain vehicle winch assembly in the industry, meeting the IP67 rating for water, mud, snow, and dust resistance. This includes sealed components from the motor to the ergonomic free spool control knob, as well as the handheld remote and solenoid. The winch also features a cam style clutch control knob and a 4-way roller fairlead, enhancing usability and performance.
The included 10-foot rugged handheld remote control, along with a handlebar mounted rocker switch, allows for convenient operation from a distance. The Superwinch Terra is a fully universal winch, making it suitable for various mounting applications, and is designed for easy installation with an estimated install time of two hours.
