Super Springs SumoSprings Helper Spring Bellows are designed to improve vehicle suspension performance. With a height of 5 inches and a diameter of 4 inches, these bellows provide a load capacity of 1500 pounds at 50 percent compression. Made from patented micro-cellular polyurethane, they offer a progressive spring rate that ensures a soft initial engagement, increasing resistance as weight is added. This feature allows for enhanced load carrying ability while maintaining the factory ride quality when unloaded.
These maintenance-free bellows effectively reduce rear-end sag, decrease vibration, and stabilize sway, contributing to improved overall driver control and ride comfort. The one-piece unit is attached on one side, allowing for a compressible design that can reduce up to 80 percent of its original height while providing full memory rebound. Additionally, the SumoSprings will not leak or rupture, ensuring long-lasting performance under various load conditions.
Included with the bellows are 4-inch steel washers for easy installation. It is important to note that vehicles should never be loaded beyond the manufacturer’s Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) to ensure safety and optimal performance.
