Skyjacker has developed a specialized lift kit component designed for the JL35B model, featuring a progressive variable rate coil spring system. This system incorporates a 2-stage dual rate long travel coil, which transitions from a 1st Flex Rate to a 2nd Ride Rate. The initial flex rate provides a comfortable ride while allowing for increased articulation, ensuring that the coil springs remain seated during full suspension droop, maintaining tire contact with the terrain.
The rear coils are engineered to be side specific, optimizing the Wrangler's unique suspension handling characteristics. Additionally, the kit includes a Front Adjustable Track Bar with heavy-duty components, ensuring proper axle centering under the vehicle. The heavy-duty rear track bar upper mount bracket further enhances stability, while front and rear bump stop spacers effectively manage suspension travel.
Extended length sway bar end links are also included, allowing for full articulation as the suspension drops. These components are designed with pressed-in heavy-duty OEM style rubber bushings, ensuring durability and performance. The overall design maintains proper OEM suspension geometry, allowing the Electronic Stability Control system to function within factory parameters, enhancing both safety and performance.
