This hose features a black synthetic rubber tube and cover, reinforced with a double wire helix embedded between plies of synthetic cord, ensuring durability and abrasion resistance. It is engineered to withstand a continuous temperature range from -20 degrees Fahrenheit to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, with intermittent exposure up to 250 degrees Fahrenheit.
This hose is resistant to exhaust fumes, ozone, mild chemicals, antifreeze, and saltwater, making it suitable for various marine applications. The construction meets the SAEJ2006 Type R2 standards, providing enhanced ozone resistance, which is double the requirement set by the standard. With an inside diameter of 1-3/4 inches and an outside diameter of 2-7/32 inches, the hose is available in a convenient length of 12-1/2 feet, making it versatile for different installation needs.
