The Security Chain Winter Traction Device is engineered for heavy-duty use, providing superior traction for trucks in winter conditions. Constructed from high grade manganese alloy steel, these chains offer significantly longer wear compared to traditional carbon steel options, making them suitable for frequent and extended use. The square rod links enhance gripping power, ensuring better traction on icy and snowy surfaces.
This traction device features a robust design with 13 cross chain links and 52 side chain links, complemented by 4 cam tools for easy installation. The bell-shaped cross chain end hooks eliminate the need for chain tighteners, simplifying the setup process. Each pack includes two chains, designed to fit a variety of tire sizes, including 10, 11, 13 inches and various 20 to 24.5 inch diameters.
Manufactured to meet the National Association of Chain Manufacturers specifications, these chains are zinc plated for added durability and corrosion resistance.
