The Rule bilge pump is designed for automatic submersible operation, providing a flow rate of 2000 gallons per hour. This pump features a compact design with dimensions of 7-1/4 inches in width, 6 inches in height, and 4.3 inches in depth, making it suitable for various bilge applications. It operates on a 12 Volt DC power supply and includes a built-in thermal cut-off for enhanced protection against overheating.
Equipped with an integral water level sensor, the Rule bilge pump automatically activates to remove excess water, ensuring that your bilge remains clear of nuisance water. The pump's back-up feature prevents continuous running if the sensor becomes fouled by debris, reverting to a 2.5-minute cycle mode to protect the battery while maintaining functionality.
The design incorporates back flow prevention to minimize residual water in the bilge, which helps reduce odors and maintain cleanliness. Additionally, the hidden air vents in the body assist in preventing air locking during challenging plumbing installations, while the threaded discharge allows for easier installation and maintenance.
