This product replaces the factory anti-intrusion beams, providing enhanced clearance and maintaining the safety features necessary for occupant protection. The notched design allows for increased tire turning clearance, making it suitable for tires up to 35 inches or taller, depending on the lift height.
Manufactured from 1/4 inch steel, these beams are precision engineered using heavy-duty laser cutting and robot welding techniques. The design has been verified through Finite Element Analysis to ensure it meets or exceeds the engineering specifications of the original factory beams.
