The RCI Fuel Cell is constructed from TIG-welded 5051 aircraft aluminum alloy, ensuring a strong yet lightweight design suitable for various applications. It features a 12 bolt heavy-duty aircraft style flush mount lid assembly, available in natural aluminum or powder coated finishes in red, blue, or black, providing versatility in aesthetics and functionality.

This fuel cell is equipped with two pickups, one return line, and one rollover vent, enhancing its usability in racing and performance environments. The inclusion of safety foam further ensures that fuel is contained securely, minimizing the risk of spillage. The outlet and vent fittings are sized at 1/2 inch (-8 AN), allowing for efficient fuel flow and management.
