The Rancho RS7000MT monotube struts are designed for enhanced handling in both on-road and off-road conditions. These struts utilize a nitrogen gas charge to maintain consistent pressure against the hydraulic oil, effectively reducing aeration and shock fade. The integrated dirt wiper sealing system prevents moisture and debris from contaminating the internal components, ensuring longevity and reliability in extreme environments.
Constructed with a 14 millimeter hardened chrome piston rod, the RS7000MT struts resist scuffs and corrosion, while the double-welded loops and hot form reserve tube provide additional strength at stress points. The large 2 inch monotube body is filled with all-weather fluid, allowing for cooler operation and improved vehicle control across a wide temperature range from -40 to 248 degrees Fahrenheit.
The internal rebound bumper and shouldered rubber bushings work together to minimize noise and vibration, enhancing ride comfort. With application-specific mounting, these struts are designed for easy installation without the need for additional hardware, making them a practical choice for vehicle-specific applications.
