The RaceQuip 6 Point Seat Belt is designed for serious auto racing applications, featuring a 16.1 SFI rating for enhanced safety standards. This harness includes twin individual shoulder belts that are reduced to 2 inches above the adjusters, allowing compatibility with HANS or head and neck restraint devices. Constructed from premium 3 inch polyester webbing and drop forged steel hardware, this seat belt set exceeds rigorous safety requirements while ensuring durability and reliability.
The design incorporates a pull down lap belt mechanism, which requires the lap belts to be pulled down and away from the center latch and link buckle to tighten securely. Both shoulder belts and the dual sub-belt are connected over the link, which is inserted into the latch on the lap belt, providing a secure fit. The lengths of the shoulder belts can be adjusted from 20 inches to 62 inches, while the lap belt adjusts from 20 inches to 60 inches, making installation straightforward and customizable.
RaceQuip's 718 Series belts are double adjustable, allowing for easy length adjustments on either end.
