The Progressive Industries Surge Protector is designed to safeguard your RV from damaging low and high voltage levels as well as power surges when connected to an AC power supply. This hardwired unit operates at 50 amps and features automatic disconnection when voltage falls below 104 volts or rises above 132 volts, ensuring that your electrical systems remain protected. Once the voltage stabilizes, the device automatically reconnects, providing continuous monitoring of power conditions.
Equipped with a fault indicator, the surge protector includes a five-mode surge protection system that covers various fault conditions such as reverse polarity, open neutral, open ground, and accidental 240-volt exposure. The built-in time delay feature activates if the AC power is interrupted, allowing for safe restoration of power to the RV after a preset delay. The remote display enhances usability by providing real-time feedback on the system's status.
The microprocessor-controlled design ensures precise operation, driven by advanced software that manages the entire surge protection system.
