The Nitrous Express Nitrous Injection System Kit is designed specifically for the LT2 6.2L C8 Corvette engine, providing a significant performance boost of up to 250 horsepower. This wet kit features innovative Spraybarless technology, ensuring optimal atomization and distribution of nitrous for improved engine efficiency. Installation is straightforward, as the billet plate replaces the factory EGR spacer, allowing for a seamless fit between the throttle body and intake.
Included in the kit is a 10-pound white powder-coated nitrous bottle, along with a stainless braided N2O line, master arming switch, relay, and all necessary hardware for a complete setup. The system is equipped with a direct-plug-in fuel line adapter, eliminating the need to cut factory fuel lines, which simplifies the installation process. Additionally, the TPS Autolearn switch ensures that nitrous activation occurs only at wide open throttle, enhancing safety and performance.
This system is engineered for reliability and performance, featuring billet aluminum and carbon fiber solenoids that contribute to weight savings without compromising functionality. With multiple jetting options available, including 50, 75, 100, 150, 200, and 250 horsepower, users can customize their performance to meet specific needs.
