The Nitrous Express Nitrous Injection System Kit is designed for 2014 and newer GM 5.3L engines, providing a significant performance boost with jetting options for up to 250 horsepower. This wet kit features innovative Spraybarless technology, ensuring optimal atomization and distribution of nitrous for improved engine efficiency. Installation is streamlined with a billet plate that replaces the factory EGR spacer, allowing for a quick and straightforward setup without the need to modify factory fuel lines thanks to the included direct-plug-in fuel line adapter.
The system is equipped with high-performance components, including billet aluminum and carbon fiber solenoids that reduce weight while enhancing durability. A TPS Autolearn switch is integrated, ensuring that nitrous activation occurs only at wide open throttle, automatically deactivating when the accelerator is released. This feature not only enhances safety but also optimizes performance during operation.
Included in the kit are a stainless braided N2O line, a master arming switch, a relay, a relay harness, and all necessary hardware for installation. The system also comes with a 10-pound white powder-coated nitrous bottle, featuring a new billet aluminum Lightning bottle valve and stainless bottle brackets, ensuring reliability and ease of use.
