The Nitrous Express Maximizer 5 is a sophisticated progressive nitrous controller designed to enhance the performance of nitrous systems. It operates up to four separate stages of nitrous, allowing for precise control based on various parameters such as time, RPM, MPH, throttle percentage, or boost pressure. This versatility makes it suitable for both naturally aspirated and forced induction engines, whether gasoline or diesel.
Equipped with advanced monitoring capabilities, the Maximizer 5 tracks throttle percentage, engine RPMs, nitrous PSI, boost, and pan vacuum, along with three additional user-defined sensors. This ensures that the engine is in the optimal condition to accept nitrous. In the event of any unsafe conditions, the controller will automatically shut down or reduce nitrous flow to protect the engine from potential damage.
Setup and tuning of the Maximizer 5 is facilitated through a user-friendly Windows-based laptop program. For added convenience, an optional 4-inch touch screen display can be connected, allowing users to view and adjust key tuning parameters in real-time without the need for a laptop. This feature enhances the usability of the controller, making it easier to manage nitrous flow during operation.
