The Nitrous Express HEMI Plate System is designed specifically for HEMI applications, providing a robust solution for enhancing engine performance. This system features a billet aluminum nitrous plate that simplifies installation by fitting seamlessly between the throttle body and intake manifold. It includes a 10-pound powder-coated bottle equipped with a Lightning 500 valve, ensuring reliable operation and efficient nitrous delivery.
This wet kit is engineered to support horsepower increases of up to 400, with jetting options available for 50 to 400 horsepower increments. The system incorporates advanced components such as Pro Power Lightning series solenoids made from billet aluminum and carbon fiber, along with 24-inch braided stainless steel lines that enhance durability and performance. The integrated purge port allows for a clean installation while maintaining optimal nitrous flow.
With a focus on performance and reliability, the Nitrous Express HEMI Plate System is equipped with a TPS activated WOT module, making it compatible with fly-by-wire throttle bodies. Every necessary component, including wiring, connectors, and hardware, is included to facilitate a straightforward installation process. This system is engineered to maximize power output while maintaining the integrity of the engine.
