This distributor features a built-in inductive module that generates a powerful 7.5 Ampere spark, significantly improving combustion efficiency. The unit is equipped with a mechanical advance assembly that can be easily adjusted to meet specific engine requirements, offering 24 different curves through various supplied springs and stop bushings.
Installation is straightforward, requiring only three connections with the included weather-tight harness. The distributor's CNC machined billet aluminum housing and base ensure durability, while the maintenance-free magnetic pickup provides stable trigger signals across the RPM range. Additionally, the polished steel shaft is QPQ coated and supported by a sealed ball bearing, minimizing friction and enhancing longevity. The vacuum advance canister further optimizes fuel economy and can be locked out if desired, making this distributor a versatile choice for street applications.
