The Moroso Performance Engine Swap Oil Pan is engineered specifically for LS series engines, providing a robust solution for high-performance applications. With a 7 quart capacity, this oil pan effectively moves oil away from the rotating assembly, enhancing oil control and contributing to horsepower efficiency. The design includes a sloped front section and a race-proven diamond shape trap door assembly, which features an anti-slosh baffle to keep oil contained in the pump pick-up area during intense racing conditions.
Constructed from thick precision laser cut steel, the oil pan is finished with a durable black powder coating for added protection. It is designed to clear a 4.125 inch stroke with most steel rods, making it versatile for various setups. The included billet aluminum adapter allows for the mounting of a 13/16 inch thread oil filter or an OEM oil filter in the stock location, eliminating the need for a remote oil filter. Additionally, the oil pan utilizes the stock dipstick for easy monitoring of oil levels.
