The Moroso Oil Dipstick is engineered for compatibility with Moroso oil pans and other oiling components, ensuring a seamless integration for engine builders. This dipstick features a chrome plated finish and a 24 inch length, providing a reliable solution for monitoring oil levels. It includes a 1/4 inch NPT steel fitting, which can be welded into pans that lack this provision, allowing for versatile installation options.
Designed with practicality in mind, the dipstick allows users to utilize existing 'Full' and 'Fill' marks or create new indicators for desired oil levels. The tube and universal mounting tab can be adjusted to fit various engine compartment configurations, enhancing installation flexibility. Additionally, a rubber capping seal secures the dipstick within the tube, effectively preventing crankcase gases from escaping and maintaining optimal engine performance.
