Relocating the intercooler to the upper grille allows for improved clearance and airflow, making it compatible with winches and other essential off-road accessories. The design includes new ducting to ensure optimal airflow through the core, resulting in a 21-degree reduction in outlet temperatures compared to stock intercoolers. The increased core volume by 49 percent and fin surface area by 93 percent further enhance cooling efficiency while minimizing pressure drop.
This intercooler also features a detachable inlet for easy installation and includes an adaptive cruise control relocation mount that does not interfere with 360-degree cameras.
