The Maxwell RC8 Series Vertical Windlass is engineered for optimal performance and longevity, making it a reliable choice for marine applications. It operates on a 12 Volt DC system and is powered by a 1000 Watt motor, providing a maximum line speed of 105 feet per minute for chain and 92 feet per minute for rope. Maintenance is simplified with a gearbox that can be removed by hand without tools, and full disassembly of the top works can be achieved using only the provided handle and an Allen key.
