The Maretron Pressure Transducer is designed for monitoring a wide range of fluids including air, brake fluid, diesel, hydraulic fluid, and more. With an operating range of 0 to 1.5 pounds per square inch, this transducer provides accurate readings for various applications. It features a durable construction with 303 stainless steel and an IP67 waterproof PVC cable, ensuring reliability in challenging environments.
This transducer interfaces seamlessly with the NMEA 2000 network, allowing users to connect up to six pressure transducers for comprehensive monitoring. Each channel can be independently programmed to match the characteristics of the connected transducer, providing flexibility in pressure or vacuum mode as well as tank level monitoring. This capability is particularly useful for deep tanks or those with internal structures, where traditional sensing methods may not be effective.
The Maretron Pressure Transducer operates within a temperature range of 23 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit and supports a 4 to 20 milliampere output, making it suitable for a variety of applications. Its gauge sensor with a vent tube enhances accuracy and performance, making it a reliable choice for monitoring fluid levels and pressures in marine and industrial settings.
