The Maretron Power Monitor Module is designed to monitor and report the operational status of up to six independently connected devices, providing real-time feedback over an NMEA 2000 network. This module is compatible with both AC and DC electrical circuits, making it versatile for various applications, including manually and automatically switched loads. Its robust design features an IP64 rating, ensuring protection against dust and water, while also incorporating reverse battery and load dump protection for enhanced reliability.
Operating within a voltage range of 9 to 32 volts DC, the power monitor consumes only 50 milliamperes, making it energy efficient. The device is built to withstand extreme temperatures, functioning effectively between -25 to 55 degrees Celsius and capable of storage in conditions as low as -40 degrees Celsius. The Maretron Power Monitor is NMEA 2000 certified, allowing users to view the status of connected devices on any compatible display throughout the vessel, thus enhancing monitoring capabilities.
Installation is straightforward, with the module coming equipped with waterproof connectors and a sealed enclosure to prevent environmental damage. The inclusion of four stainless steel mounting screws and a user manual facilitates quick and easy setup, ensuring that users can efficiently integrate this module into their vessel's electrical system.
