This universal cable kit includes two 8-foot outer housings that can be cut to fit, ensuring compatibility with 8-inch and 9-inch Ford, Chevy, Chrysler, and Lincoln Versailles drum and disc brakes. The outer housing features a specially extruded liner that enhances the cable's longevity, while the stainless inner cable is designed to resist moisture, ensuring durability in various conditions.
This kit is equipped with high-quality one-piece aluminum adjusters and ferrules, which prevent fraying of the stainless housing. The design allows for easy removal of rear end backing plate fittings without the need to detach the brake cables, simplifying maintenance and installation. Additionally, the kit includes a cable bracket and spacers, making it a comprehensive solution for your parking brake needs. Lokar cables also feature an adjustable cable lock and clevis for added convenience.
