With a larger bore cylinder and heavy gauge wall construction, the MonoMax shock absorber is built to withstand demanding environments. The shock incorporates 100 percent fluid valving and a floating piston, which work together to deliver consistent performance under varying loads. The high nitrogen gas pressure and velocity sensitive piston contribute to improved responsiveness, while the dual damping control allows for better handling and stability.
This shock absorber is vehicle specific and features an eyelet mounting style for both the upper and lower ends. It is designed for easy installation and comes with a dust boot to protect against debris.
