This system features a washable and reusable High-Flow Air Filter made from oiled cotton filter media, ensuring superior filtration and airflow.
A custom heat shield is included to protect the intake air from the elevated temperatures of the engine bay, maintaining optimal performance. The installation process is straightforward, typically taking less than 90 minutes with basic hand tools. This intake system replaces the factory air filter and intake tube, providing a significant upgrade in both performance and efficiency.
The K & N Filters Cold Air Intake System is engineered for street use and is designed to deliver high airflow while ensuring exceptional filtration. The filter requires minimal maintenance, needing cleaning only every 100,000 miles under normal highway driving conditions.
