The K&N Cold Air Intake System is engineered to replace the factory air filter and intake housing in select Cadillac CTS-V models. This system is designed to significantly reduce intake restriction, allowing for smoother and straighter airflow into the engine. Included in the system is a chrome topped K&N high-flow air filter and a heat shield that fits into the original air box space. It also accommodates the factory mass air sensor and includes a silicone crank case vent hose for enhanced functionality.
The oversized cone-shaped air filter is washable and reusable, with a service interval of up to 100,000 miles depending on driving conditions. Installation is straightforward, typically completed in 90 minutes or less using existing factory mounting points.
