The J.W. Speaker 234 Series Warning Light is a robust LED lighting solution designed for heavy-duty applications. With a 4-inch diameter and a height of 0.8 inches, this round light features a grommet/flange bracket mount for easy installation. It operates on a power supply range of 12 to 24 volts and is rated IP69K, ensuring resistance to power washing and steam cleaning. The clear lens with a white bezel enhances visibility while the SmartHeat technology prevents ice and snow accumulation, making it suitable for year-round use.
This model is available in three configurations: red stop, tail, turn; amber turn; and clear reverse signal, all designed as drop-in replacements for standard 4-inch round halogen tail lights. The installation process is straightforward, utilizing rubber mounting rings and 3-pin Packard connectors, allowing for minimal downtime. For vehicles with different connectors, J.W. Speaker offers compatible wiring harnesses to facilitate seamless integration.
The lightweight yet rugged design of the 234 Series ensures it can withstand significant vibration, rated for up to 10 grams. Additionally, it features superior condensation management and meets stringent standards set by DOT, Transport Canada, and military requirements. The combination of heated and non-heated LED options provides versatility for various operational needs.
