The Injen Cold Air Intake Evolution Series is engineered to optimize airflow for the 2017 to 2019 Ford F-Series Diesel Truck. This system features a custom battery relocation box that positions the airbox closer to the factory air inlet, ensuring a direct supply of cool, fresh air to the turbo diesel engine. The design minimizes bends in the intake tract, reducing restriction and enhancing power output.
Constructed from durable XLPE polyethylene, the intake tube tapers from a 5-inch outer diameter to increase airflow velocity at the turbo inlet. Injen's patented MegaRam technology and Twist-Lock filter attachment system ensure a secure fit and maximum performance without triggering check engine lights. The fully serviceable SuperNano-Web dry air filter and reinforced automotive-grade silicone couplers contribute to the system's reliability and efficiency.
This intake system not only improves engine performance with dyno-proven gains of up to 20 horsepower and 41 pound-feet of torque but also maintains an aggressive under-hood appearance while fitting seamlessly with stock calibration.
