This kit addresses the limitations of the OEM ball joints, which can restrict suspension travel, particularly when paired with performance coil-over shocks. The use of 1 inch PTFE lined stainless uniballs, along with 17-4 stainless taper pin adapters, allows for increased misalignment, facilitating smooth wheel travel without the risk of factory ball joint bind.
This uniball upper control arm features a unique two-stage bushing kit that minimizes deflection while enhancing durability and road response. Constructed from 1026 DOM seamless tubing and CNC bent for precision, these control arms are built to withstand rigorous conditions. The CNC machined bushing housings and sleeves, along with the 4130 CNC machined uniball cup, ensure a high-quality fit and finish.
In addition to improving strength and durability, these control arms also correct alignment specifications by adding additional caster. This enhancement contributes to better handling and stability.
