The Icon Vehicle Dynamics 2.5 Series shock absorbers are designed to enhance vehicle performance both on and off-road. These hydraulic shocks feature a unique monotube design with a piggyback reservoir, which improves heat dissipation and reduces shock fade during extended use. The shocks are constructed from 6061 aircraft grade aluminum and precision machined steel, ensuring maximum durability and corrosion resistance.
Each shock is equipped with an externally adjustable ICON CDC Valve, allowing for 10 levels of compression damping force to be tailored to specific driving conditions. The one-piece digressive piston design, combined with vehicle-specific valving, provides exceptional ride quality and performance. Additionally, the shocks are 100 percent revalveable and rebuildable, offering long-term usability and adaptability.
With a nitrogen charged monotube design and a robust 7/8 inch diameter shock shaft, these shocks are built to withstand the rigors of off-road driving while maintaining a smooth ride on paved surfaces. The inclusion of polyurethane bushings and forged steel mounting stems ensures an OE factory type fitment, making installation straightforward.
