The Icon Vehicle Dynamics 2.5 Series shock absorbers are engineered to enhance vehicle performance both off-road and on the street. These shocks feature a nitrogen gas charged monotube design with a remote reservoir, allowing for improved heat dissipation and reduced shock fade during extended use. Each shock is specifically configured for its application, ensuring optimal length and damping tune for various vehicles.
Constructed from 6061 aircraft grade aluminum and precision machined components, these shocks are built for durability and reliability. The unique internal 'Bump Zone' design increases damping force by 20 percent, effectively preventing harsh bottom outs and maintaining control during high-velocity compression. The externally adjustable ICON CDC Valve provides 10 levels of compression damping, allowing for customization based on driving conditions.
With a one-piece digressive piston design and premium grade shock oil, the 2.5 Series shocks deliver consistent performance across a wide temperature range. They are 100 percent rebuildable and revalveable, ensuring longevity and adaptability to changing performance needs. The combination of polyurethane bushings and forged steel mounting stems guarantees a factory-type fitment, making installation straightforward.
