The Icon Vehicle Dynamics 2.5 Series Shock Absorber is designed to enhance vehicle performance both off-road and on the street. This nitrogen gas charged shock features a monotube design with a remote reservoir, which improves heat dissipation and reduces shock fade during extended use. The unique internal 'Bump Zone' created by a 6061 billet aluminum manifold increases damping force by 20 percent, effectively preventing harsh bottom outs and maintaining control during high-velocity compression.
Constructed with 6061 aircraft grade aluminum and precision machined components, these shocks ensure maximum durability and corrosion resistance. The 7/8 inch diameter induction hardened, chrome plated shock shaft and one-piece digressive piston design provide vehicle-specific valving for optimal ride quality. Additionally, the shocks are 100 percent rebuildable and revalveable, allowing for long-term maintenance and performance adjustments.
With a focus on quality and performance, the Icon 2.5 Series Shock Absorber is equipped with polyurethane bushings and forged steel mounting stems for a factory-type fitment. This set of two shocks is engineered specifically for your vehicle, ensuring a seamless integration and enhanced driving experience.
