This shock absorber features a nitrogen gas charged monotube design that ensures consistent damping across a wide temperature range, making it suitable for various driving conditions. The unique one-piece digressive piston design is tailored with vehicle-specific valving, providing exceptional ride quality and control during high-velocity compression.
Constructed from 6061 aircraft grade aluminum and precision machined components, the shock absorber is built for durability and corrosion resistance. The 7/8 inch diameter induction hardened, chrome plated shock shaft contributes to its robust performance. Additionally, the shock is 100 percent rebuildable and revalveable, allowing for maintenance and customization to meet specific driving needs.
With a focus on performance, the shock absorber's design includes a CAD plated steel body and polyurethane bushings for a factory-type fitment. The absence of a remote reservoir does not compromise its efficiency, as the internal design effectively manages heat dissipation to minimize shock fade during prolonged use.
