The unique internal Bump Zone technology increases damping force by 20 percent, providing better control as the shock approaches full compression, thus preventing harsh bottom outs and maintaining suspension control at high velocities.
Constructed from one-piece, hard anodized, impact extruded aluminum, these shocks offer excellent corrosion resistance and a consistent finish. The 7/8 inch diameter induction hardened, chrome plated shock shaft ensures durability and longevity. With vehicle specific valving and a digressive piston design, the Icon 2.5 Series shocks deliver unmatched performance and ride quality, making them suitable for a variety of driving conditions.
For those seeking a more tailored tuning experience, the Compression Damping Control Valve (CDCV) technology allows for high-resolution compression adjustability. This feature, combined with premium grade shock oil, ensures consistent suspension damping across a wide temperature range. The shocks come as a set of two and include all necessary hardware for installation.
