The Hotchkis Performance Tubular Upper A-Arms are engineered for 1978 to 1988 GM A/G Body vehicles, providing significant improvements in handling and driver feedback. These arms feature a geometry-corrected design that allows for increased camber and caster adjustments compared to stock components, enhancing overall driving performance. Constructed from 1.25 inch tubular steel and fully TIG welded, these arms ensure durability and strength under demanding conditions.
Finished in a gloss black powder coat, the A-Arms are not only functional but also visually appealing. They come equipped with smooth operating polyurethane bushings that minimize deflection throughout the travel range, ensuring consistent performance. The offset cross-shaft design allows for increased static negative camber, which is beneficial for header clearance and overall vehicle dynamics.
With the ability to adjust caster up to +6 degrees and camber from -1 to -3 degrees, these A-Arms significantly improve high-speed stability and front tire traction during turns. The included upper ball joints and polyurethane droop stops further enhance the performance of the suspension system, making these A-Arms a valuable addition to any pro-touring setup.
