Durable aluminum nerf bars with patented octagonal design for modern trucks and SUVs.
The GEM Tube Products Nerf Bar Octa Series features a patented octagonal profile that enhances the aesthetic of contemporary trucks and SUVs. Constructed from high-quality aluminum, these nerf bars are designed to withstand the elements with a black powder-coated finish that resists rust, pitting, and dulling over time. The aggressive step pad tread is made from a UV weathering and impact-resistant resin, ensuring durability and safety for users.
These nerf bars are engineered for optimal performance, with an internal ribbed tube design that provides strength while keeping the weight low. The rocker panel mount ensures minimal ground clearance loss, preventing dragging or hanging up during use. Each set includes direct-fit mounting brackets, making installation straightforward without the need for drilling.
With a weight capacity of 500 pounds, the GEM Tube Products Nerf Bar Octa Series is built to support heavy use while maintaining a sleek appearance. The replaceable plastic end caps add to the longevity of the product, making it a reliable choice for those seeking both functionality and style in their vehicle accessories.
