The Fox Shocks Performance Series Coil Over Shock Absorber is engineered for superior performance and durability. Featuring a metal impact extruded aluminum body, this shock absorber is designed to resist rust and enhance cooling capacity. The internal floating piston (IFP) mono-tube design effectively separates shock oil from the nitrogen gas chamber, preventing oil aeration and ensuring consistent performance under various conditions.
This coil-over shock absorber is equipped with vehicle-specific upper mounts that include composite bushings to minimize noise and vibration. The locking spring preload rings allow for easy adjustments of ride height and preload, accommodating a lift range of 0 to 2 inches. The application-specific valving and race-developed high-flow piston design optimize performance, making it suitable for both stock and lifted trucks.
Installation is straightforward, as the Performance Series Coil Over Shock Absorber bolts on without modifications. It is designed to provide a comfortable on-road experience while maintaining predictable handling in off-road scenarios. With features such as a redundant sealing pack system and advanced JM92 suspension fluid, this shock absorber is built to perform in demanding environments.
