The Fox Shocks Performance Series 2.0 Shock is engineered for high-performance applications, utilizing a hydraulic and nitrogen gas charged design without a reservoir. This shock features a metal impacted clear anodized aluminum body that effectively dissipates heat, enhancing durability and performance over time. The internal IFP mono-tube design separates shock oil from high-pressure nitrogen, ensuring consistent performance under varying conditions.
Constructed from 6061-T6 aluminum, the shock components are CNC machined for precision and strength. The 5/8 inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft provides robust support, while the race-developed high-flow piston design and application-specific valving optimize ride quality. The redundant sealing pack system enhances reliability, making this shock suitable for handling rough road conditions.
With a focus on performance, the JM92 advanced suspension fluid is utilized to maintain optimal performance across a range of temperatures. The quiet nitrile rubber bushings allow for increased suspension articulation, contributing to a smoother ride. This single shock is designed for vehicle-specific applications, ensuring a tailored fit and performance.
