The Fox Shocks Performance Series 2.0 Reservoir Shock is engineered for high-performance applications, featuring a hydraulic and nitrogen gas charged design. Constructed with a metal impacted clear anodized aluminum body, this shock dissipates heat more effectively than traditional steel shocks, enhancing durability and performance. The external reservoir increases oil and nitrogen capacity, contributing to a consistent ride quality even under demanding conditions.
This shock utilizes a race-developed high flow damping piston paired with application specific valving, ensuring optimal performance tailored to specific vehicle needs. The components are crafted from black-anodized, CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum, providing both strength and a sleek appearance. The redundant sealing pack system, including main seal, wiper seal, and scraper seal, enhances reliability and longevity, while the quiet nitrile rubber bushings allow for increased suspension articulation.
With a 5/8 inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, the Performance Series 2.0 Reservoir Shock is designed to withstand rigorous use. This set of two shocks is vehicle specific and features a monotube internal design, ensuring a predictable ride quality capable of handling rough terrains.
